“ I had a very short amount of time before my flight and just wanted to grab something quick to eat – and Marta was absolutely amazing. Despite the busy environment, she was incredibly fast, attentive, and had outstanding customer service skills. She made sure I had everything I needed, checked in to see how I was enjoying the food, and somehow managed to stay calm and professional while handling many guests at once. Thanks to her, I had a great experience in a stressful moment. She truly went above and beyond – a real star! ”
“ Lovely experience here, our server was supper cheerful and fun and clearly communicated changeover to their colleague when they finished their shift. And the new colleague was also super friendly and nice! My husband got the breakfast burrito and I got toast alongside some drinks and the food and drinks were all very nice. ”
“ I was very impressed with the fast service; it took roughly a minute for me to be seated during what seemed to be a breakfast rush. I had ordered the avocado smash online with poached eggs and salmon. I was in a little rush, so I ordered through the online QR code feature. I had forgotten to remove the pico de gallo as I'm not a fan of tomatoes. The worker who brought me my food, from his ID, I think he is called 'Santa', was efficient and said Give me two minutes, I will get you a new one and returned very quickly, which I appreciated a lot. He had a lovely smile and looked in good spirits, so working at Giraffe must be fun! I was seated quite close to the front, so the view was not the best. Other than that, I will definitely visit again if flying through Terminal 5. ”
“ Staff were so nice, pretty busy but food and drinks came really quick. We came when it was Easter bank holiday. I have a gluten allergy and they made sure that I was given the allergy book. I got Halloumi Fries and normal chips and it only cost 12.95 I would say that pretty reasonable for airport price. ”
“ Actually I went to Giraffe at Terminal 3 ;) Very nice and confortable place, a great place to avoid the busy ando noisy terminal 3. Food is very tasteful, employees are helpful and the whole environment of the restaurant is happy and relaxing. I ordered a Korean BBQ Chicken, which arrived quickly, in a few minutes after order. They have many delicious options in the menu, far beyond just the usual hamburguers. Price is similar to others restaurants in the airport. ”

Luckily we discovered this wonderful and vibrant restaurant with great food, music, and outstanding service. Friendly welcome at entrance. If I owned a restaurant or chain, I would find a way to clone LUCAS many times to guarantee high caliber service. ”

“ Stopped off here today enroute from Rome to Ireland via Heathrow. We weren’t sure what to expect but that’s the best Service I’ve had anywhere from the greeting to the eating was slick and carried out with a smile and as time was of the essence too, it was super slick. Your staff are a credit to you and the food was excellent. Many thanks, we’ll be be back for sure. I’m adding photo’s as I didn’t see either on your list for comments. Korean BBQ Chicken with noodles the other day was Duck with noodles. ”
